Electronic Devices to Manage, Reduce Energy Consumption

TEHRAN (ANA)- Managing director of Pars Azad Electronics Group based in Islamic Azad University, Yasuj Branch told ANA that they have made electronic devices to manage and reduce energy consumption.

Speaking to ANA on the sidelines of the Asreh Omid Event, Seyyed Reza Jahanbin, the managing director of Pars Azad Electronics Group based in Islamic Azad Univeristy, Yasuj Branch, said that the technical group is doing a lot of research and upgrading itself and is trying to design and produce the electronic products needed in the market in order to make the country self-sufficient.

“Our company makes products such as power converters or inverters with different strenghth, electronic protectors (electricity protector and phase controller) and solar kits with different capabilities,” Jahanbin added

"The prototype of all products is produced and we are looking for investors. Most of these products are made to reduce energy consumption and management the consumption of energy," he went on to say. 

Stating that their products have domestic and industrial uses, he continued, “The production process is done through creating ideas and identifying the markets’ needs, then research and manufacturing, marketing and sales will take place.”

The managing dirctor of Pars Azad Electronics Group continued to talk about their income, “We earn money from sales profit, after sales services after warranty and cooperation in electrical research and research projects.”

According to Jahanbin, domestic products are designed and manufactured not very well and the foreign ones are either of low quality or expensive.

He also said about the target market, the domestic market has a good capacity to sell their products, adding that they seek to export their products overseas in the medium term.

He further said that the electronics sector has a low return of investment due to the use of modern technologies, adding, "Cooperation with Islamic Azad University is through economic partnership and shareholding and participation in profit from sales."

About attending the Asreh Omid Event, Jahanbin said the event held by the Islamic Azad University was a good opportunity to find a new market because customers communicate with manufacturers through such events. “We plan to present product samples at the event to attract investors," he further continued.

The national Asreh Omid Event was held in late May in Tehran’s Grand Mosalla with the participation of 3,000 knowledge-based companies, laboratories, research teams and startups.
