Standardizing Manufactured Products with Advanced Analysis System

TEHRAN (ANA)- Experts at a knowledge-based company in Iran have offered a technological software and equipment for the standardization of technological products.

According to a report by the Iranian Vice Presidency for Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, Zakiya Sadat Mousavi, the human resources manager of an Iranian knowledge-based company, named knowledge-based service provision in the field of quality control services as one of their fields of research in their firm and said, “This knowledge-based company, by setting up various laboratories in the field of determining the nature of petroleum, textile and cellulose products, food, cosmetics and hygiene, etc., has laid the basis for the production of standard products and meeting the needs of exporters and importers and domestic standard production at departments, customs and production units in the country.”

Saying that their company’s analysis method offers technological services to determine the quality and nature (authenticity) of various products, she added, “This company, with having textile, cellulosic, chemical, nature determination and microbial laboratories, has laid the ground for improving the quality of manufactured products in these fields. By equipping and completing professional laboratory devices, this company continues its specialized analysis activities in the fields of cosmetics, hygiene, microbiology, containers and determining the nature (authenticity) of the products.”

“When it comes to textile products, all kinds of fabrics, clothes, yarn, slate and coated fabric, diapers, sanitary napkins and hydrophilic cotton can be assessed. Also, health products, cosmetics and various types of beverages are analyzed using advanced test equipment and methods,” Mousavi added.

“Using the high laboratory technologies, quality analysis and assessment of various kinds of metals by XRF method, various kinds of fatty acids and essential oils, different kinds of porcelain and ceramic products, different types of glass products, different kinds of fibers, yarn, fabric and textiles, different types of natural and artificial leather, different types of fiber, board and wood products, different types of mineral and organic materials, various kinds of paper and cellulose products, glue and sandpaper, different types of plastic and polymer resins, paints, inks, composites and coatings are done in this company,” the researcher went on to say.

According to the scientific vice presidency, she pointed to carrying out tests of capacitors and electronic components, spices, starches and seasonings, surfactants, pulp and paper, batteries and capacitors, iron ore grains, and crude oil analysis as other services of their company and went on to say that the professional activities of this laboratory were approved in 2014 after receiving the national qualification certificate based on the ISO/IEC 17025 standard. Inspection, sampling and testing of dates were added to the range of activity of this laboratory since 2016.
